Conference Registration
Conference registration fees for the 2004 conference:
Regular member registration $250
Late member registration $280
Nonmember registration $290
Late nonmember registration $320

The deadline for regular registration is September 15.
To register as a non-member guest
(1) The Member can add & pay for their guest themselves by clicking on the
option "CLICK TO ADD A GUEST".
(2) The non-member guest can also pay with his or her own credit card.
· The member must pay for him/herself without specifying a guest.
· The guest should log in (under the member's name/e-mail), click change,
and then add him/herself under the "CLICK TO ADD A GUEST" option
· Guest should pay for him/herself using his/her credit card or check.
NOTE: Members can also use this option if they decide that they want
to add a guest later.
(3) Guests can also choose to complete the non-member registration form
and fax, mail, or e-mail it to Amy Waldrip (a_waldrip@hotmail.com) and
she will add them into the system.
